Cetearyl Olivate

Cetearyl Olivate is an emulsifier derived from Olive Oil. A nonionic emulsifier that helps blend ingredients together in cosmetic solutions, usually ones with moisturizing properties. It’s helps soften the skin & hair, and gives products a smooth and luxurious feel.


Cetyl Alcohol

Derived from coconut and palm oils, cetyl alcohol is used as an emollient and to protect skin from moisture loss. Its unique binding and emollient action makes cetyl alcohol a great binder for moisturizing. Why? Water and oil do not mix, so moisturizers containing a fat such as cetyl alcohol lock moisture into the skin and form a protective barrier that water can't penetrate, preventing dry and parched skin.


Chamomile Essential Oil

Citric Acid

Citric acid and its calcium, potassium and sodium salts are used in cosmetics and personal care products to preserve products by chelating (complexing) with metals, and to adjust the acid/base balance. Citric Acid may be used to impart a lemon-like fragrance to cosmetics and personal care products.


Citrus Seed Extract

Citrus seed extract, also known as grapefruit seed extract (GSE), is a naturally sourced preservative with proven anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is added to cosmetics for the antimicrobial effect. Citrus seed extract is also non-toxic, environmentally safe, and quickly bio-degradable. Citrus seed extract helps in curing allergic reactions like rashes, acne and skin irritation.


Coco Glucoside

Coco Glucoside is a non-ionic surfactant (foaming agent) synthesised from coconut and glucose. It has excellent dermatological compatibility. It is very mild on the skin. Based on the Duhring Chamber Test it has the lowest irritation score of all common surfactants tested. It is free from ethylene oxide, which can cause nitrosamine contamination, and free from preservatives.
